Bodegas Protos is part of Protos has different wineries in different denominations, but all have a common goal, offering quality in all its products.
Among them is the wine Protos Verdejo fermented in barrel, a very special white wine made from 100% Verdejo grape passing through a process of maceration for four hours and fermentation in French oak barrels new half and half a year. Finally spends six months with its lees in the same barrels, then spend about a year in bottle.
A white straw yellow wine has an intense aroma, dry mouth occurs, with a good structure retains its freshness thanks to its good acidity.
