Protos Verdejo is a wine that belongs to the O.D. Rueda made from 100% Verdejo from vines over 15 years old grown on dry land. A wine that is harvested overnight manually once winery is makes a maceration for four hours and an alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature finally spend two months on its lees.
A young white wine of pale yellow color that has an intense and complex aroma which include scents of tropical fruit, white fruit and herbaceous taste a little bitter that has a long persistence, leaving a pleasant memory of the wine in the mouth.
