Acústic Celler is the family winery Jané Ventura of which is seated in the O.D. Penedès, founded in 2004 and is currently directed by Albert Jané. Among its wines, is the elegant and personal Acústic Blanc which it is made very carefully based on a combination of grape Grenache and Grenache, Macabeo and Pansal. The grapes are harvested in vineyards between 35 and 80 passing through a traditional process of cold maceration for 2 days with the skin, through two fermentations, one of it in stainless steel at low temperature for six weeks and again in new French oak barrels for three months. Finally, all the wine is aged between its lees making ""batonage"" for four months. A white wine O.D. Montsant which has a complex aroma very expressive with wild Mediterranean herbs, dried fruits, white flowers and citrus that has a complex flavor tasty fruits.
