Description

A wine made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested respectively 9 and 26 September. Grapes passing through a cold maceration for six hours, by which also passes the must, only this for 20 days until the end of fermentation at a controlled temperature, a process that ends with clarified, its filtration and bottling.

An elegant ruby color that gives off a fresh and very exquisite flavor enhanced where notes are witnessing a small red fruits and Cabernet Sauvignon, the taste is very dense and tasty with a powerful attack.

Cuando plantamos las primeras viñas durante los años 80, escogimos un lugar único por su terroir, a tan sólo 3km del Mar Mediterráneo. Unas viñas con mucha historia, ya que entre ellas se encuentran los vestigios de lo que en su día fue la Via Augusta, la vía romana que conectaba Roma con las ciudades más importantes de la Mediterránea. Es por eso que hemos querido rendir homenaje a tan singular vía romana, otorgando a nuestra bodega y a nuestros productos los nombres de Avgvstvs y Forvm.
