Description
Malvasia Seco is a white wine made in Lanzarote in one of the ancient cellars of the island, is the oldest of Lanzarote and one of the oldest in Spain, Bodegas El Grifo.
To prepare this white wine a grape variety called Malvasia volcanic that is collected from the fine El Grifo and parcel of our best winegrowers used. After cooling the clusters in the chambers of the winery, is micro-oxygenates the wine to eliminate tannins and able to make a fermentation where it can enhance its floral character. Once the process is finished, the wine remains on its lees.
A pale yellow wine has a clean aroma where the presence of ripe fruits, tropical fruits and white flowers have a slightly buttery flavor reminiscent of Malvasia grapes.
