Description
The wineries José Pariente in their quest to offer something original and different, have come to create a white wine made from organically grown grapes whose name is José Pariente Special Cuvée.
A wine made from 100% Verdejo which has a second selection of grapes on the table of the winery, maceration is done in ovoid cement tanks clay at low temperature for 12 hours, fermentation also performed on these deposits, finally has a longer aging on the lees for 11 months.
A Special Cuvée has a very elegant aroma where subtle minerality is enhanced, its taste is complex and very soft touch where that mineral is also perceived.
