Among its organic wines from Penedès, is the Xarel·lo wine, its production is made from 100% grape xarel·lo which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C for 21 days and then be in aging on its lees for 3 months.
As a result a wine of shiny pale yellow, which has a slight fruity aroma (peach and banana) having a fresh flavor and slightly fruity with a very nice step is obtained.
