Description

Bodegas Eidosela is in charge of making Eidosela wine, a wine produced in Condado do Tea, a historic area where wines have been made since the time of the ancient Roman Empire.

This wine is It is made from grapes from the Condado do Tea sub-zone, which are harvested when they reach their optimal state of ripeness. Once in the winery, it is destemmed and squeezed to obtain the must, which is decanted for a day, followed by fermentation where the wine is racked to separate it from the lees. It is then processed to cold stabilization in an isothermal tank for a week, once that time has elapsed it will proceed to an amicrobic filtering and bottling.

A straw yellow wine that on the nose has an intense fruity aroma and very fresh and subtle floral reminiscent of stone fruit. On the palate it is a powerful wine with very well integrated acidity.
