The Cellar Melis Winery is also committed to the variety of white wine made from native Tarragona grapes, such as Petit Saurí, a mixture of Macabeo and Xarel·lo.
The grapes chosen for this white wine they come from a vineyard located 5 kilometers from the Mediterranean, which is located on a marine solera, after selection in the winery and after a soft pressing, the obtained must proceeds to alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 40 days with the fine lees.
A very bright pale yellow wine that has a subtle aroma of white flowers with mineral hints which are also perceived in the mouth giving that warm sensation that after a while is accompanied by notes of ripe stone fruit.
