Fuentespina Reserva 2012 is a red wine reserve belonging to the group of Bodegas Fuentespina which is made in the cellars Avelino Vegas. It is part of the wines of denomination of origin Ribera de Duero and is made from 100% Tempranillo.
For processing the grapes are picked with better quality of old vineyards, once de-stemmed and crushed, passed a stainless steel tanks where they perform maceration for 72 hours, then fermented with yeast winery for seven days. Finally, let it rest in barrels of French, American and Caucasian fine-grained oak for 16 months before being moved to the bottle where it will age for at least two years or more.
A wine of great complexity with a wide variety of flavors in the mouth becomes fleshy and tasty with that point fruity and spicy so special.
