Description

Sauri is a young red wine from the Celler Melis winery made from Garnacha and Cariñena, whose designation of origin is Priorat.

These two grape varieties are born in old vineyards located in El Molar and they are usually between 40 and 80 years old. A harvest which is selected in the vineyard and once it reaches the winery, once there it is destemmed and the wine obtained is placed in French oak barrels during its maceration and fermentation. Finally, it is aged for about six months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

An intense color that has an attractive aroma of intense red and black fruits, very well accompanied by spicy notes, in the mouth ripe tannins are perceived that assemble very well with acidity.
