Lagunilla Crianza  is a red crianza wine created at Bodegas Lagunilla, a Rioja designation of Origin wine made from two types of grapes, Tempranillo and Garnacha. This wine bears the name of a hero, Felipe Lagunilla in the 19th century put all his efforts to free the vineyards of the region from phylloxera, an insect from the United States that only affects the vine. Thanks to his efforts, he was able to save the Rioja region, since he planted several varieties of grapes resistant to this plague. A wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle that stands out for its deep ruby color, its sweet aroma of fresh vanilla and tobacco leaves that has a perfect structure and balance on the palate.
