Description
Obrador is one of the youngest wines in the range of red wines from the Celler Melis Winery. A fresh and modern wine, very pleasant that is made from different types of grapes.
For its production, four types of grape variety are used, Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, all from Les Solanes, for its fermentation, all the raspas are first manually extracted, once we have the grapes they are placed in open stainless steel tanks to ferment for 12 days. Once they have fermented, they are aged for six months in French oak barrels.
A quality red wine that has a very pleasant aroma of fruits and minerals that in the mouth presents an intense flavor of very fresh fruits.
