Aquilón is part of the emblematic red wines of the Bodega Alto Moncayo, a winery located in the Campo de Borja Denomination of Origin and founded in 2002 by Jorge Ordóñez.

This red wine It is known as the jewel in the winery's crown, its production is based on 100% Garnacha grapes collected from old vines that are between 60 and 100 years old. Its vinification process is carried out according to the traditional methodology that ends with its aging for 24 months in the best oak barrels of the winery itself. Throughout this process, Chris Ringland was in charge of its technical direction.
