Juan Gil Etiqueta Plata is a red wine that uses a grape variety that comes from old Monastrell vineyards. The winery in charge of its production is the well-known Bodega Juan Gil, known for offering high-quality wines.
Minivarietal wine made from a single type of grape, Monastrell, once the grapes are destemmed, they are macerated in stainless steel tanks where it ferments at a controlled temperature for 20 or 25 days, once this time has elapsed, malolactic fermentation is carried out and it is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
An intense and complex aroma of ripe fruit, flowers, spices, smoked and wood that in the mouth has that balance where the ripeness and freshness of the fruit is noticed, its finish is long-lasting with hints of the Mediterranean forest.
