Description
The Juan Gil Winery was built in 1916 by Juan Gil Giménez and is one of the most historic wineries in Jumilla that is currently run by the fourth generation of the family.
Among its wines is the fabulous Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul, a red wine made from Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes that ferment individually in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French and American oak barrels. It is aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Once the process is finished, a coupage of all the varieties is made in steel tanks where it rests until it is bottled.
A wine with excellent potential It has an intense aroma and a pleasant, well-structured, somewhat unctuous flavor that ends with a sweet, elegant and persistent finish.

Veranos calurosos de sol intenso, inviernos largos y fríos, diferencias de veinticinco grados entre el día y la noche, ausencia casi total de lluvia que alivie un terreno seco y pedregoso. Son los rasgos de esta tierra que nos dan carácter, los que marcan a nuestra gente y a nuestros vinos. Una forma de hacer las cosas.
