Bodegas Nido is a project devised by the Gil family, a family that wants to show all the potential of the vineyards in the area of Jumilla, for this reason also part of the project one of the most prestigious winemakers in Australia, Chris Ringland.
This red wine is made from grapes Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks, after finishing this process is transferred to barrels of French and American oak for malolactic fermentation, which lasts a 20 or 24 months.
