Description
Laya is a young red wine belonging to Bodegas Atalaya, designation of origin Almansa this wine has gotten very good reviews from international critics.
Its preparation used mixing two grape varieties, Grenache Tintorera and Monastrell, both from vineyards wineries. Once obtained grapes are macerated prior to fermentation process which is done separately in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Once fermentation is finished aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
Being a red wine its color is deep red, its aroma is elegant and fresh where perceived notes of ripe and floral fruit, it tastes nice with a fresh start and balanced that leaves an interesting taste sweet in the mouth.
