This rum is made from molasses cane sugar and pure water, obtained from the San Cristobal volcano, a place rich in minerals where richer Molasses are achieved in order to achieve a smoother rum and balanced, as well as go through a process aging in white oak barrels that previously have been used for bourbons añejar Americans.
An excellent rum amber with reddish reflections has an elegant, semi-sweet aroma of nougat, almond butter and honey, which coats very well with the final flavor spices pepper, dark and fine caramel touch of burnt oak .
