Barceló Dominican is a mark of rums produced by Ron Barceló S.R.L, a company founded in 1929 by the Spaniard Julián Barceló.
The range of rums having Barcelo is made from the Dominican sugar cane, among which is Barcelo Añejo, a rum distilled from molasses and matured in oak barrels previously used for aging bourbon .
A light amber rum shooting presenting a woodsy brown with sweet aromas of toffee, molasses and vanilla aroma input has a taste a little bitter even dry which finishes with a warm finish.
