135 East Hyogo Dry Gin, gin made in Akashi, by the Kaikyo Distillery, using Japanese botanicals in its preparation, such as chrysanthemum, yuzu, sansho pepper, shiso leaf and cedar wood, which combine perfectly with citrus and juniper to obtain this highly fragranced gin. 135 East Hyogo Dry Gin owes its name to the Akashi meridian, which passes through the city that gives it its name, at 135º east longitude. View: Transparent, sharp color. On the nose: Intense aromas, citrus notes, floral. On the palate: Smooth, silky, good balance between citrus and bitterness. Slightly spicy finish.
