Description
Tequila Lokita is carefully selected from ripe agaves from different soils in the state of Jalisco with varying degrees of minerality to create subtle fruity and floral aromas.
Agaves are selected by master distiller Armando Orozco by percentage of sugar content. This selection takes up to seven years to mature and is harvested primarily in the dry season. Lokita is distilled in column and copper stills to achieve its smoothness.
It is also made with the juice obtained from the pineapple 'Tequilana Weber' (also known as blue agave) that grows in the southeast of Jalisco .
Appearance: crystalline.
Aromas: Refined aromas of cooked agave, followed by citrus and fruit aromas: aromas of pear, apple, tamarind and pineapple. All this with soft herbal notes.
