Description
Pâté is a French invention from the Middle Ages, which means pasta. Olive oil, also known as olivada or tapenade, is believed to have its origins in Provence, although some writings say that it existed in Italy or Greece in later times.
Their gourmet uses are endless: you can add them to sauces, pasta, pizza or as a garnish for vegetables, fish or white meats. Adding it to vinaigrettes is a creative way to liven up a salad. A delicious cake with a soft truffle flavor.
Pairs well with other empanadas and aioli from Finca La Barca. It can also be combined with Finca La Barca smoked olive oil. A product that goes well with Spanish tapas, Iberian ham and other meats.
Ingredients Pasteurized white cheese (71%) (MILK< /em> pasteurized cow, NATA, ferments, salt and stabilizers (E-466, E-406, E-417), Boletus edulis (14%), onion fried (onion, olive oil and salt), dehydrated mushroom, extra virgin olive oil (1%), salt, sugar, gelatin, hot paprika (0.2%), truffle (0.2%) and aroma.
Keep in cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to seven days.
