Godello comes from old vines next to the Sil river that surround the parish of Seadur (Ourense), grown on slate and granite soils.

Quinta do Sil es the result of a dream, to be able to produce great, complex, aromatic white wines in this area with a lot of personality.

It is the culmination of a desire after a long relationship as a fan of the Godello variety, expressive and delicate.

Tasting Notes:
View: Brilliant pale yellow color, with faint green reflections.

Nose: The nose is eloquent, yellow fruits, cantaloupe melon, papaya and herbs such as chamomile.

Pafe: The palate is sweet, intense, very voluminous, medium persistence and a slightly bitter finish.

Pairing: White meat with little spices and cheeses such as Camembert, San Simón or Cabrales.
