Description
As part of the Cepa 21 project, we found the Hito, a wine that stands out a lot, due to its composition. Its main protagonist is the Tinto Fino grape, also known as Tempranillo, which has also been used in other similar products. It could be considered one of the most recent innovations by Ribera del Duero.
As for its production process, it is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Both the composition and the elaboration have a marked influence on the part of the Emilio Moro winery, which you will surely already know through his career.
Its flavor is complex, elegant and is accompanied by an incomparable aroma, in which we can notice the presence of violets, black fruits and licorice.
