The hake roe pâté in olive oil from Real Conservera Española is a very special and unique preserve on the market. This pâté is made with hake roe cooked and mixed in olive oil.
Real Conservera's hake roe is selected in the ports of Burela and Celeiro. In the latter, the roe is also known as “Celeiro caviar” for its high quality and exquisite flavor.
Once the eggs have been chosen, they are transported to our facilities and the pâté is prepared and packaged. First, the hake eggs are cooked and carefully cleaned. Afterwards, they are cut manually, one by one, and a fine spread is made with the inside of the roe mixed in a calculated proportion with a delicate garlic-slightly spicy oil that gives it a surprising and exceptional flavor.
After being packaged, this hake roe pâté should be stored in dry spaces at room temperature until consumed. One of the advantages of our preserved hake roe pâté is its long shelf life, as it will maintain its flavor for 4 years.

Ingredients: Hake roe (FISH) (92.3%), olive oil (7.2%), salt (0.5%) and chilli (<0.1).
May contain traces of MOLLUSK and CRUSTACEO.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Sterilized product for storage conditions that do not exceed 35ºC until the moment of consumption. Once the container is opened, keep it in the refrigerator. It is recommended to consume it within 24 hours.
