Real Conservera's razor knives They come from markets that obtain their product mainly from the Arousa and Vigo estuaries (Cíes Islands), where the best quality is found.
When you open the can of razor clams, you can see the pearly white viands with brown edges, covered in the high-quality coating liquid cooked from onion, lemon, salt, and bay leaf.
To ensure the quality of this preserve, the razor clams go through a very careful selection, cleaning and preparation process. Firstly, it is made with a prior manual selection of the best specimens that are directly subjected to a natural purification process in seawater to eliminate sand. Afterwards, the razor clams are gutted and canned one by one, manually and with all the care and delicacy that this excellent product requires.
These preserves must be kept in a dry place at room temperature to ensure their durability. If we store them in the right place, these preserves will maintain their quality and flavor for 4 years.
Ingredients: Razor (MOLLUS) (50.4 %), olive oil (33.1%), water (15.8%), salt (0.6%), onion (<0.1%), lemons (<0.1%) and bay leaf (<0.1 %).
May contain traces of FISH and CRUSTACEAN.< br />Store in a cool, dry place. Sterilized product for storage conditions that do not exceed 35ºC until the moment of consumption. Once the container is opened, keep it in the refrigerator. It is recommended to consume it within 24 hours.
