La creación de coñac es el trabajo del jefe de bodega. Al mezclar sutilmente eaux-de-vie (agua de vida) como un alquimista, ha creado las coñac Fine Champagne de la Casa de Remy Martin.
Nuestro jefe de bodega, Pierrette Trichet, mezcla y combinr estos eaux-de-vie para crear nuestra Cognac. Proviene exclusivamente de las regiones Grande y Petite Champagne. Estas esencias ofrecen una paleta única de sabores y gustos.
