Nation Demerara Solera N°14 rum is based in British Guiana, where its composition revolves around sugar cane. It is aged in American oak barrels, allowing the rum to retain its creamy sweetness and spicy character. The alcoholic degree of the rum is around 40%, being the most neutral in order to perceive its different flavors.
It is distinguished by its amber color and its musty aroma composed of fruit, notes of cola and bergamot in tea. It has a complex composition, but exquisite at the same time. En la familia tenemos una larga tradición de importadores de whisky escocés. En 1990 estuve en Escocia para visitar destilerías, probar barriles y hacer acuerdos comerciales: durante algunas visitas a almacenes especializados en almacenes de whisky, comencé a notar, además de maltas simples, varios barriles viejos de ron de la Guayana inglesa y Jamaica.
