Description
Anejo Rojo Rooster is made with Blue Agave, they used the Tequila Factory method, where you cook the Pineapple for 10 hours in autoclaves.
After this, a special yeast is added to the Agave, just before fermentation.
Aged Rooster Rojo is distilled twice in stainless steel pots and then finished aging in oak barrels.
Finally, water filtered through Mexican silver is added to the drink, reducing to 38% alcohol content.

En el año 1999, tuvieron la oportunidad de adquirir varios terrenos adyacentes al antiguo edificio colonial de 1923, y ahora este edificio se utiliza como cava para envejecimiento. Comenzaron la construcción de la destilería con la última y más moderna tecnología de vanguardia.
