Description
This is one of the least known bivalves, but no less excellent for that. They are cooked and opened by hand to extract the food. An arduous task for which the experience of its specialized workers is essential. Then the homemade pickle recipe is prepared, with olive oil and Vera paprika.
Ingredients: Oysters (Molluscs), olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf, spices and salt. May contain traces of crustaceans and fish.
