Description
Peperetes selects the best roe from the markets of Vigo and Coruña during the most appropriate time of year. Once in the factory, they are cooked and cleaned and the roe is manually extracted and cut into portions. A homemade sauce based on olive oil, vinegar, wine and bay leaf is used as the covering liquid.
Ingredients: Hake roe (Fish), olive oil, vinegar, salt and bay leaf. May contain traces of crustaceans and molluscs.
