Description
The octopus is received from the best Galician fish markets and is cleaned for subsequent freezing. Once they achieve the appropriate tenderness, they are cooked with water, salt and onion. Then it is left to cool for a few hours and then cut and presented along with the AJADA sauce, based on olive oil, paprika and garlic.
