100% Iberian Bellota Loin Pata Negra Lumbar muscle from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals made in our facilities, until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50kg, when they enter the pastures. In them they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of the aforementioned selection of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acorns, reaching 90/100kg at the beginning of October, when the montanera begins, when the acorns fall and the that feed exclusively until they reach an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.
When cut, this Pata Negra 100% Iberico Acorn-fed Loin has a marbled appearance with veins of infiltrated fat, with soft golden tones and a red color that invites you to be tasted.
