Product obtained from the best meats from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals made in our facilities until they reach a weight of between 40kg and 50kg, when they access the pastures. In them they enjoy an exquisite diet made up of the aforementioned selection of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acorns, weighing between 90kg and 100kg at the beginning of October when the montanera begins, when the acorns fall and the which are fed exclusively until they reach an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.
