Wine of bright amber color with a very intense aroma as indicated by its type and reminiscent of dried fruit, walnut. On the palate, dry, low acid, full-bodied, velvety tannins, it is full and harmonious. Very persistent aftertaste.
It has a striking presentation highlighted by its bright amber color and its intense, pleasant and perfectly harmonious aroma. In its flavor it is easy to detect the delicious Palomino grape mixed with a very soft 19% alcoholic strength. It is a type of oloroso wine specifically concentrated in spices, nuts and dried fruits, causing a dry and slightly acidic sensation on the palate. The Don Zoilo Oloroso is the clear demonstration of a smooth and noble red wine. It is ideal to accompany it with old cheeses, red meats or simply to be enjoyed on its own. It has a long-lasting, light and dry finish due to its low presence of residual sugar.
