Description
It is formed in a controlled fermentation process, using a mixture of palomino, Moscatel and Pedro Ximenéz and physical aging. It is aged for at least 4 years and presents a great, very dark mahogany color.
This wine has a strong and sweet smell, denoting nuts and dried fruits. In addition to notes of muscatel, toasted sugar and raisins. On the palate it feels light, very warm and velvety. The best accompaniment for this presentation are desserts.
Very sweet oloroso wine with a very dark mahogany color, hinting at ebony with aromas of dried fruit, walnuts, and slight hints of raisins, muscatel and sugar toasted. On the palate it is soft, velvety and very warm due to its alcoholic content, persistent aftertaste.
