Pedro Ximenez Cedar has a very dark ebony color, bordered by shades of iodine, and on the nose it shows deep aromas of raisins, with a complex aging background.
In the mouth it is very sweet, slightly acidic, smooth, with a toasted flavor of magnificent texture, broad, very tasty and with a perfect balance. of acidity-sugar.
The flavor is smooth and the finish is long and lasting, with an elegant sour tone in the flavor.
