The 75cl basket is an odorous wine, whose production is very specific. Its preparation is based on yolk musts with a controlled vibration, then it is passed to a graduation of 19.5º of alcohol. Do not hesitate to taste this wonderful Sherry wine, now at TCM Gourmet.
