Description

The Cinco Jotas salchichón piece is created from lean and sirloin from the profiling of the ham itself based on the traditional method characteristic of the Huelva region. In addition, the traditional manual knife cutting technique is used to cut the sirloin and profile it and a natural curing period of between 4 and 6 months.

For the dressing, a set of different spices is carefully selected. : a note of nutmeg, a touch of black pepper and white pepper, the latter to provide extra aromaticity without affecting the flavor, join the sea salt, which, in just the right amount, ensures the ideal conservation of the product without overpowering the flavor of the piece.

Ingredients: 100% Iberian pork loin, sea salt, paprika, spices, antioxidant E-301 (sodium ascorbate), preservatives E-252 and E- 250 .

Inedible wrapper. Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 days.
