BLÉS is the name of a native plant —Chrysanthemus Blés— that grows in the 120 ha of our vineyards eco-friendly, which is managed by respecting the balance's own ecosystem and in the grapes to co-exist with small animals, such as the robin that nests in our vineyards in the spring in search of the sun to the south.
The wine flower makes the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of first use for reds. These barrels have been before used for fermentation and ageing on the lees of white wine. During the first few months of parenting is done batônnage on a weekly basis.
This wine remains in barrels of 220 liters for 5-7 months depending on the vintage.
