Aged for a minimum of 12 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels. Later bottled with a minimum stay of 2 years in the cellar.
Intense red color with a high layer.
Plum, ripe black fruit, liquorice and balsamic notes. All of them on a light toasted background.
Acidity that gives it freshness and length. Sweet tannins, round and fleshy mid palate.
