It comes from 20-40 year old vineyards in which Adega e Viñedos Paco y Lola grows on sandy, clayey, grainy and slightly acid soils, in the heart of Val do Salnés.
>The final processing of the wine is fermented for 21 days, in stainless steel cellars.
When seen, it is light and bright yellow in color with a moderate green tint.
On the nose, a complex and refreshing color stands out, of medium intensity, mainly the aroma of white flowers It gives way to citrus and white fruits.
Fresh on the palate, with good acidity provided by the fruit. A balanced wine, seductive on the palate with exotic touches and a salty finish.
