This is one of the six wine-growing zones in Chile, the oldest and the one that brings together 83% of the country's production.
It extends from the Chacabuco commune, in the Metropolitan Region from Santiago, to the communes of Cauquenes and Linares, in the Maule Region. In turn, the Central Valley is divided into four other subregions: Maipo, Rapel, Curicó and Maule.
Carmenère coupage with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives it structure and makes it last longer.
Its cherry red, clean and bright color is obvious. Fruity tones stand out in its aroma, Blackberries, Cassis, Balsamic notes, mandarin while it remains elegant.
On the palate its elegant flavor stands out with sweet tannins, fruity tannins, leather, spicy notes, crunchy, liquorice , Cloves and black pepper.
