Description

Its 95 hectares of rocky and well-drained land are especially suitable for growing red varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Miguel Torres Chile was the one who masterfully prepared the fruit, previously selected with meticulous care.

After a short but measured period of 6 months in French oak barrels, it produced a vegan red ideal for approaching New World wines.

All this with the aim of accompanying smoked sausages such as cecina, empanadas, grilled meats or stews with game birds such as stewed quail.

It is a highly pigmented wine with a dark ruby color and toasted reflections.

On the nose it is characterized by its characteristic varietal aroma, accompanied by fruity notes on a background of leather and liquorice. On the palate it shows great structure and body.

Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Powerful and deep on the nose, but soft and elegant on the palate. This is Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the magnificent monovarietals that are part of the first line of wines with which the Torres family began their journey in Andean lands back in 1979. The Maquehua Estate, in the heart of the Central Valley, is the origin of this fantastic wine. TCM Gourmet selects the best wines for sale for you.
