Description
From old Chardonnay vineyards, planted between 1950 and 1973, on limestone soils from the Kimmeridgian era, Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses emerges, the emblematic wine of Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre.
It has been aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels (30% of the wine) and in stainless steel containers with thermoregulation, and another 15 months on its fine lees after the coupage, which it gives it greater subtlety and complexity.
The Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is the ideal white from the A.O.C with all these qualities it possesses.
Chablis to accompany scallops, grilled lobster or lobster sauce, a fine fish, poultry or white meat dishes.
Limited production and with good aging potential since 30% of the wine aged in new French oak barrels.
Tasting is recommended at a temperature between 10 and 12 ºC.
