James McGregor was the founder of Balmenach Distillery in 1824, located in the heart of Speyside, Scotland and responsible for the production of Caorunn gin.
2009 was the year that began manufacturing this Premium gin obtained by traditional batch distillation with a single copper still Berry, which was also used for distilling whiskey. Among botanical highlights five particular, all of Celtic origin.
Caorunn is a clean and clear gin that has a floral and citrus fresh scent with small subtle notes of spice, taste is sweet and full of aromas, full-bodied with a refreshing lasting finish but a little dry.
