Description

If the formula was a discovery, it is no less true that Pedro Giró was also completely right when presenting his Gin in a transparent white glass bottle with an original hexagonal-shaped label in which blue accompanied by silver and gold reflections characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape, made it an unmistakable reference.

When Pedro Giró decided to use his mastery in art and the use of his traditional copper stills to shape a personal gin, made with berries from freshly harvested juniper and adding, with precision, distillates from other native plants and other arrivals from exotic places such as Kerala in India or the island of Madagascar that macerated and distilled, little did he imagine that his recipe would be so celebrated and shared throughout all these years in his native Barcelona and throughout Spain.

Now some forms change but the good is still the good, fresh distilled juniper (which is the main ingredient of and gin) arrives at the right point of maturity at the distillery, at that miraculous alembic, so that only the best fractions of the process are considered as the only valid ones to be part of the recipe.
