Description
Intense nose with lots of fruit and spices. Great structure and vibrant freshness with flavors of white peach and ripe plums, a perfect balance of richness, fresh acidity and a long finish.
The summer was hot, so we started the Aszú berry harvest at beginning of September and we continue to pick steadily in ideal fall weather.
October in particular provided three weeks of excellent quality Aszú textbooks, with day after day of morning fog, evening sun and dry winds .
Aszú berries of good quality, good flavor, balance and perfect botrytis were macerated in fermentation must for two days.
After pressing and finishing the fermentation, the wines were bottled in 300 and 500 liter Hungarian oak barrels in our large and deep underground cellars to mature for more than two years. The final blends were carefully crafted in the spring of 2020. Serve fresh.
