Description
Galicia has the honor of presenting its London Dry type gin whose name is Ana or Ana Gin.
To make this gin we have to travel to the United Kingdom where the Galician winery Adegas Moure-Abadía da Cova de Lugo is responsible for selecting the base alcohol obtained from the first distillation of natural wheat grain without manipulating it with water from the Alps. Once this alcohol is obtained, a double distillation is carried out with the botanicals (juniper berries, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica root, etc).
A very well balanced unique gin that at the View shows a crystalline color with a complex aroma with citrus notes that in the mouth reminds of the botanicals used.
